Start ordering your USD checkbooks

On January 1, 2011, your NAF accounts with our Bank will be automatically converted to US Dollar accounts. Our Bank is pleased to inform you, that you may start ordering your USD checkbooks as of now, to be ready for January 2011.

We do wish to remind you, that the USD checks will not be valid prior to January 1, 2011. Therefore, please abstain from using the new USD checkbook before that date.

To order, please fill out the attached page and fax it to us at 717-8584, or you may also place your order via MCBDirect Business or MCBDirect Corporate, or by emailing us at checkbook@mcbbonaire.com. Of course you may also bring your request to any of our Branches.

Kindly order one (1) checkbook at this time, for faster processing.

The checkbook charges will be:
12 checks   USD 3.60
20 checks   USD 6.00
40 checks   USD 12.00
60 checks   USD 18.00

After receiving your order, we expect to have your checkbook ready after December 21, 2010, and plan to have it delivered
to you via local courier. If for some reason you prefer to pick it up yourself, please inform us at which Branch you would like
to pick it up. Please bear in mind, however, that during this end of year period our Branches are expected to be busier than usual,
and with longer waiting times due to the high traffic.

We look forward to your order at your earliest convenience, so we can have your checkbook ready for you on time. Due to the very
high volume of orders in this period, please calculate at least one full week between the Bank's receipt of your order and availability
of the checkbook.
