All liens & other deeds	$ 15 per deed (in 3-voud)
Prepayment fee	5% of outstanding (min. $ 2,500; if paid off within 3 yrs) 2% of outstanding (min. $ 5,600; if paid off within 5 yrs with sale of property)
Disbursement fee	$ 30 for each disbursement phase
Restructuring/ refinancing fee mortgage	Same as a closing fee on increase only
Change in monthly repayment fee	$ 150
Extension fee	$ 25 per extension
Change of borrower name of mortgages by request of customer f.i. due to divorce	$ 250
Cash withdrawals on pledged life insurance policies & confirmation of cancellation/ release of the beneficiary clause on life insurance policies	$ 50
