Important notification of Maduro & Curiel’s Bank (Bonaire) N.V. in connection with the 3-month moratorium on loans and mortgages.

MCB customers have been notified in March 2020 about the 3-month loan moratorium on personal and commercial loans and mortgages. This 3-month moratorium has been automatically implemented for loans and mortgages.

Regretfully, as we previously informed on May 1, 2020 via our Facebook page (MCB Bonaire Events), customers’ accounts have been debited, despite the moratorium.

We truly apologize for this, as the loan payments adjustment did not go as planned and were automatically processed.

We hereby confirm that we have processed the necessary reversals, deductions have been reversed (except those that opted-out), and all (personal and commercial) accounts have been credited, and the respective amount(s) made available to you.

Maduro & Curiel’s Bank (Bonaire) N.V. heeft onlangs een financiële verlichting van 3 maanden aan alle cliënten aangeboden op persoonlijke en commerciële leningen en hypotheken.

De uitstel van betaling is automatisch geïmplementeerd.

Zoals eerder aangegeven heeft de Bank op 1 mei 2020 via haar Facebook pagina (MCB Bonaire Events), geïnformeerd dat ondanks de moratorium, zijn de cliëntenrekeningen helaas toch gedebiteerd.

De aanpassing verliep niet zoals gepland en betalingen zijn per abuis automatisch verwerkt, en hiervoor bieden wij onze excuses.

MCB bevestigt dat de nodige terugboekingen zijn uitgevoerd en dat het bedrag op uw rekening beschikbaar is (met uitzondering van de cliënten die hebben aangegeven dat ze geen gebruik willen maken van de moratorium).
